Refunds in full will be provided for cancellation requests made in writing at least one week prior to the start of the respective course or series of courses. Refunds requested within one week of the start of the course are subject to a 20% processing fee and will be issued following completion of the course.

World Chinese Medicine Forum, co-hosts, and partners are separate entities and reserve the right to operate independently. Partners have not independently approved course offerings.

The Device Information is used to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Personal Information may be shared with third parties as described above.
